Resuscitation Skills Facilitator

Working with the Resuscitation Officer the post holder will be responsible as a member of the resuscitation education team for:

• The development of the Resuscitation Skills Lab as an education resource which provides a safe and effective learning environment.
• The delivery of multi-disciplinary resuscitation education for Trust staff and learners on placement.
• The development and evaluation of resuscitation skills education programmes.
• The development of multimedia technology-based education resources.
• The development of simulation facilities and courses related to resuscitation.
• Research and audit for resuscitation skills education.

Evidence of specialist paediatric experience is desirable.
