The jobholder will provide mobile security to a number of designated sites across NB Housing’s apartment stock in North Belfast.

The successful candidate must have:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• A good understanding of the role and responsibilities of a security warden
• A good understanding of Health and Safety Practices in the workplace

The position offers the following benefits:

• Salary is £13.45 per hour
