We have an excellent opportunity for a Property Sales Manager to join a London‑based property management consultancy. Our client is a well‑known specialist consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom that provides individuals and companies with highly successful real‑estate investment planning and professional services.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in new home sales or a real‑estate‑related industry.
- Sales experience, as well as some social media and IT skills, will be ideal.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to ascertain and comprehend the needs of customers, including budget, location, residential or BTL, cash or mortgage purchasers, timing of purchase and move‑in.
- Understanding of rival strategies.
- Knowledge of the local housing market, mortgage requests, stamp duty and taxes will be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Capability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Exceptional track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Experience designing and introducing new home sales and marketing programmes is a plus.
- A valid driving licence from the United Kingdom or the European Union is an advantage.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
