Resident Lettings Executive (Mandarin Speaking, £24k, Real Estate, Alderley Edge)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Resident Lettings Executive role in a Cheshire-based Real Estate company. The company is the UK’s first experience-led housing brand, emphasising great customer service as much as it does supplying elegant, high-quality properties.

The Resident Lettings Executive will be part of the Sales team, providing operational support with the marketing and sales of student housing to attain complete occupancy by dealing with leads generated by the marketing team.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• A university degree is preferred.
• Experience in marketing and sales, as well as engaging with consumers remotely, particularly over the phone.
• Must be self-assured and have good oral and writing communication abilities, as well as the ability to express information clearly and succinctly.
• A friendly personality is required, as is the ability to swiftly create connections over the phone and in person.
• The ability to communicate in Mandarin would be advantageous.
• It is necessary to be structured and methodical in approach, as well as adaptable.
• Punctual, dependable, and capable of conducting oneself professionally, as well as demonstrating a strong commitment ethic.
• Must be driven by making sales, growing earnings, and meeting objectives.
• A driver’s licence is preferred.
