Position Summary

Primary Location: United States (US) – Iowa – Urbandale

Function: Accounting and Finance (CA)

Title: Part-Time Student – Accounting and Finance – Urbandale, IA or Ames, IA – 120147

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Note: Relocation assistance is not provided.

Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement activities
• Track action items, timelines, and deliverables for R&D COE team
• Provide analytical and administrative support to Finance and R&D teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ideally, you are pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance; others may apply.
• Must be registered as a full-time student at a local US-accredited university/college.
• Available to work 16-20 hours/week during the academic year.
• Available to work 35-40 hours/week during the summer semester.
• Must be able to commute to the work location year-round.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or later.

Desired Qualities

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of Excel and MS Office.
• Good interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Professional experience and understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools.
