Salary: £125,000-£150,000
PQE Level: 5-10 PQE

Role
- Advising banks, sponsors, portfolio companies, private credit funds
- Leveraged finance relating to PE backed transactions
- Domestic and European mid‑market financings
- Leading and managing transactions, including term sheets, facility agreements, intercreditor arrangements

Successful candidate
- At least 5 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Currently specialising in leveraged finance within a highly regarded UK law firm
- Leveraged finance experience must include a strong focus on PE backed transactions
