We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role for a capacity of 12 persons in a Financial Services company. The company is a worldwide crypto exchange platform that aspires to become the world’s largest digital ecosystem and to accelerate crypto acceptance among the general public. The position is open for 6 persons at each shift from 8-5 pm and 2-11 pm.
Job Requirements
- Some Hong Kong workplace experiences.
- Reading and writing in Mandarin are both required skills.
- A real interest in FinTech, as is past expertise with cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or foreign exchange.
- Knowledge of customer service software (preferably Zendesk or Salesforce).
- Working experience in a quickly growing, fast-paced start-up environment.
- A natural communicator and fast thinker who feels comfortable speaking with clients via call, live chats, and email.
- A person who is very driven, diligent, and careful.
- Capable of using effective questioning, problem‑solving, and grievance redressal techniques.
- Excited and energetic, with a “can‑do” approach.
- A social person who likes establishing client relationships and co‑workers.
- A sincere desire to give world‑class customer service.
- Capability to operate in a high‑pressure, results‑oriented setting.
