We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager – China Desk role in a Real Estate company based in London. The company is a market leader in estate agency, having established Sales and Lettings offices throughout England.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work exposure in the London real estate industry is essential.
• English and Chinese language proficiency in both writing and vocal communication.
• Competent, presentable, business-minded, well organised, and capable of making day-to-day judgments.
• Excellent customer service abilities, as well as the ability to communicate, motivate others.
• Proven ability to manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Outstanding mentoring, coaching, and workforce management abilities.
• Excel, Word, and PPT abilities are required (in Simplified Chinese).
