Specialty Doctor

Are you a compassionate doctor looking to make a real difference in end-of-life care?

Marie Curie Hospice West Midlands is seeking a Specialty Doctor in Palliative Medicine to join our expert multidisciplinary team, supporting both our 12-bed inpatient unit and community services.

The Role

• 6–7 PAs (24–28 hours) with 1 in 5 on‑call
• Start date: July 2026 (anticipated)
• Provide high-quality specialist palliative care alongside an experienced team
• Contribute to education, training, and service development

About You

• Full GMC registration with licence to practice
• Minimum 4 years postgraduate training (incl. relevant acute specialties)
• NHS experience
• Strong communication skills with patients and families
• Passion for multidisciplinary, patient‑centred care
