What are we looking for in a Consultant?

• We’re looking for candidates with proven sales experience who are confident building relationships, communicating effectively, and working in a target-driven environment.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those who are motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop a career in a fast-paced professional setting.
• An interest in recruitment is highly valued, particularly from individuals with transferable skills such as communication, relationship-building, negotiation, customer service, networking, and organisational skills.

Our in‑house Learning & Development team and experienced recruitment experts will ensure you are given the skills and tools to be successful in all aspects of the role.
