Job Summary
You must have completed your Preceptorship (with evidence) to be considered for this post. Experienced Nurses (RMN, RNLD or RGN) who value kindness and teamwork are invited to join the multidisciplinary team at Bere Clinic, Waterlooville, providing high‑quality care to young people aged 12–18 with eating disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and effective nursing care to service users.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Observe, record and report all changes in service‑user condition and maintain accurate records.
- Participate actively in a 12‑bed CAMHS service, supporting an onsite school and multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant nursing qualification.
- NMC registration.
- Completion of Preceptorship with evidence.
- Strong team‑working skills.
- High level of self‑motivation and flexible approach.
- Positive, caring and compassionate attitude.
- Commitment to high‑quality care and evidence‑based practice.
Location
Bere Clinic, Hemlock Road, Waterlooville, PO8 8QT – 12‑bed CAMHS service for young people aged 12–18 with eating disorders.
