Senior Residential Care Manager for Children 10–18

Coventry City Council is looking for a resilient residential manager to lead a team in providing high-quality care for children aged 10-18 in Coventry. You will oversee the same-day/short-stay service and ensure best practices are met in accordance with the Children Homes Regulations 2015.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and supervising staff, along with a strong understanding of children’s services legislation and a commitment to diversity. This full-time position includes a Monday to Friday schedule with on-call cover.
