The Business Line HS&W Lead is responsible for embedding a proactive, people‑centred Health, Safety and Wellbeing culture across the business line. The role supports operational leaders in delivering safe, sustainable and compliant project execution across engineering, design, environmental consulting, and site-based supervision activities. As an integral part of the business line, this role ensures that safety, quality and wellbeing are embedded into standards, processes and ways of working from the outset, rather than applied retrospectively.

- Act as the primary HS&W partner for the business line, supporting leaders, project managers, and field staff.
- Coordinate with global and regional HS&W teams to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Act as a key partner to the Technical Director in embedding HS&W into the broader technical delivery agenda.
Wellbeing & Psychological Safety

- Support onboarding processes to ensure new employees understand HS&W expectations.
- Build capability to ensure HS&W is proactively integrated into project delivery, not treated as a separate activity.
