Experience Designer
This mid‑level Experience Designer position supports the execution of creative and digital experiences for clients across the agency. The role is hybrid, based in any of our U.S. offices—NewYorkCity, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or SanFrancisco—or fully remote within the U.S., depending on team and business needs.
What you’ll do
- Create and own UX and design deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, functional annotations, experience strategic thinking, customer journeys, sketches, and full composition designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Engage in all stages of the design process—from research through concepting, prototyping, to implementation.
- Apply consumer needs, brand guidelines, and strategic insights to a variety of digital solutions.
- Contribute and critique design work with creative teams.
- Utilize and advocate for human‑centered design process and thinking.
- Lead initiatives that inspire and encourage teams in adopting new methods and expanding thinking.
- Research and stay current on digital design trends, tools, and technologies, especially within healthcare.
- Present ideas and concepts to internal teams.
- Mentor junior designers on the experience team.
- Ensure consistent and user‑friendly solutions across projects.
What you should have
- 2‑4 years of experience creating and designing complex digital products/experiences.
- Interest in healthcare and medicine.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a love for new challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to write clear, concise content.
- Knowledge of general SEO and ADA guidelines.
- Excitement about changing the landscape and finding creative solutions.
- Self‑directed and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Ability to think proactively, multitask, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to pixel‑perfect design and meticulous detail.
- Ability to produce clean, organized creative deliverables that adhere to style guidelines.

Pay Range
$80,000–$95,000
