Overview

Growth Marketing Manager CPC – responsible for planning and executing strategic sales and marketing activities to achieve growth targets for Corpay Complete, our corporate payments and accounts payable automation SaaS platform. The role drives brand awareness and new customer acquisition across the full marketing mix with an integrated, omnichannel focus, collaborating closely with sales and supporting market expansion in the UK and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Help define overarching marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify priority markets, segments and channels to maximize brand impact and demand/lead generation.
  • Develop marketing activities and campaigns that differentiate Corpay Complete products in a competitive landscape.
  • Define campaign KPIs and success measurement frameworks with a focus on ROI and revenue generation.
  • Manage prospect segmentation to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to track, maintain and optimise marketing’s contribution to the sales pipeline.
  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and delivery of full‑funnel outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns, creatives and channel plans align with the strategic vision.
  • Produce campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality output across all formats.
  • Coordinate internal marketing teams for campaign alignment and brand consistency.
  • Manage relationships with wider marketing teams and agencies, optimizing use of internal and external resources.
  • Work with Brand & PR teams to develop press releases, secure media opportunities and manage corporate communications.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns, budgets and performance optimisation.
  • Use Marketing Automation to conduct nurture journeys and triggered campaign execution.
  • Partner with the data team to support procurement and onboarding of purchased data, and execute data enhancement projects.
  • Brief Data and Salesforce teams to ensure smooth execution of data‑driven initiatives, CRM integrations and accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Own and manage the allocated marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns.
  • Provide insights from marketing activities to inform product development and market positioning.
  • Own campaign performance reporting, producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Test new initiatives and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Work effectively with other marketing team members, shaping and executing plans.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strategic thinker and hands‑on operator with experience building and executing multi‑channel growth strategies.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Data‑driven, experimental mindset to unlock scalable growth.
  • Confidence in engaging mid‑market and large enterprise audiences.
  • Experience leading B2B marketing programmes in a continuous optimisation multi‑channel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of direct channels – digital & non‑digital.
  • Competence in Marketing Automation, CRM (Salesforce or similar) and digital media including SEO, paid and social.
  • Deep understanding of lead generation, warming and nurturing techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

  • 5+ years in a senior B2B marketing role with demonstrable business impact and growth.
  • Commercial, outcome‑focused, KPI‑and data‑driven mindset.
  • Strategic and creative approach with thorough understanding of prospect and customer journeys.
  • Ability to build strong sales and GTM relationships across the organisation.
  • Personal resilience and customer‑centric approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, cross‑collaborator and stakeholder management skills.
  • Motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
