Your Mission

  • Gatekeeper of all content briefing process for social media channels.
  • Main content creator – shooting and editing content all the way through to delivery.
  • Review and analyse content data to inform strategy and pivot engagement.
  • In charge of content creation for TikTok and visual content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest.
  • Plan, execute and produce editorial content with Editorial team.
  • Own social copywriting and safeguard brand tone.
  • Attend relevant events to brief, capture, edit and produce social media content.
  • Support development of social media content strategies and key programming.
  • Work with Content & Social Media Assistant and Head of Digital Marketing on grid, planning, guidelines.
  • Manage all social media channels and brand voice across global platforms.
  • Collaborate with local teams in China, Japan for Weibo, WeChat, RED and LINE.
  • Plan & coordinate initiatives to grow fan base.
  • Develop clear and measurable KPIs, implement metrics and optimise.
  • Update & distribute monthly performance reports and ad‑hoc reports.
  • Stay current on emerging tech, fashion trends, competitor research.
  • Execute best practice across all social platforms.

Your Talent

  • Well‑rounded creative individual who innovates and creates.
  • Strong knowledge of social media channels, especially Instagram & TikTok.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Proactive prioritisation, responsive to cultural zeitgeist.
  • Strategic thinking with experience building long‑term social presence.
  • Comfortable in front of camera, high energy, passion for luxury fashion & sustainability.
  • High judgment, ability to handle ambiguity, bias for action.
  • Passion for creative content across media platforms (social, streaming, AR, film, etc.).
  • Strong design and editing skills – photo & video.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Creative Suite, Canva, Google apps.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office.
  • Market research & emerging trends knowledge, able to communicate to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable social networking & analytics tool experience.
  • Competitive, self‑starter, strong communication, attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of social media / content creation experience with portfolio.
  • Proactive team player, able to work individually and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media / content creation.
  • Portfolio demonstrating content ideas and execution.
