The Role

An opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to lead and coordinate design delivery across multiple projects, from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll act as a key point of contact for design-related matters, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to a high standard.

Key Duties

• Manage design across all project phases
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders
• Oversee design programmes, information flow and approvals
• Chair design meetings and provide technical guidance
• Drive value engineering and innovative design solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager role
• Strong understanding of construction design processes and regulations
• Experience working across pre-construction and live projects
• Excellent coordination, communication and leadership skills
