Senior Marketing Analyst
London Hybrid (3 days in office)
Up to £85,000 + benefits
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to join a fast-paced, data-driven consumer finance business operating at scale across multiple markets.
This is a highly commercial role sitting within the growth analytics function, focused on improving marketing performance, attribution, and customer acquisition efficiency across multiple channels.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analysing marketing performance across digital and offline channels
- Evaluating spend efficiency across platforms such as paid social, search and emerging media
- Tracking and understanding customer acquisition sources and channel effectiveness
What we’re looking for:
- Strong SQL and Python skills (Python essential for technical work)
- 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics
- Strong experience in attribution modelling (including multi-touch approaches)
- Confident working with complex customer journeys and funnel analysis
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to influence marketing decisions
- Experience in consumer tech, fintech or complex digital products preferred
- Strong stakeholder communication and storytelling skills
