Façade Manager – Building Envelope – Construction – London

Up to £400 per day shift (Fixed term contract)

An opportunity to work on a listed building façade, incorporating elements of stone and brick on a major new build hotel development in central London.

Our client is looking for a Facades expert from either a Main or Specialist Contracting background, having worked on major building projects in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the external envelope, roofing and waterproof packages.
• Involved from the outset in developing the design, overseen appointed specialist trade contractors, monitored the programme and general QA.
• Attended weekly review meetings and represented the client.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in either Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of five years of management/supervisory experience.
