Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Building Systems & Fault-Finding

CBRE is hiring a Maintenance Engineer based in Watford, England. This role involves responding to maintenance requests, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with flexibility for overtime. An understanding of electrical regulations and building management systems is essential, along with strong fault-finding skills.
