Key Responsibilities

• Comply with the Companys Quality Policy, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring standards for quality, hygiene, and housekeeping are met.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and issues to maximise machine efficiency, minimise waste and maintain safety.
• Uphold and improve plant hygiene and housekeeping to the highest standards.
• Suggest new projects or practices to drive continuous improvement in health and safety, quality and performance.
• Monitor machinery performance and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.
• Prioritise routine engineering tasks (breakdowns, servicing, maintenance) in collaboration with the Production and Engineering Managers.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues about safety, quality, and machinery issues.
• Repair any breakdowns within the plant or site as requested.

• Flexibility to work additional hours or travel when required.
