Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – 4on/4off Shifts

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing manufacturer in Cwmbran. In this role, you will support maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems, respond to breakdowns, and ensure equipment reliability and safety.

The position involves effective communication with production teams and monitoring contractors to meet required standards. A shift pattern of 4 on 4 off will be followed.
