Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Production Manager based in High Wycombe. The Production Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day manufacturing operations of Power and BMS/PLC electrical control panels, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role involves coordinating with design, procurement, assembly, testing and quality control to manage workflow and maintain efficient production processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in production management, manufacturing workflows, and operational planning
- Knowledge of quality control processes, industry standards, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, team collaboration, and personnel management skills
- Proficiency in process improvement, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving techniques
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with control panels, electrical systems, or mechanical systems is an advantage
- Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
