Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing medical devices.
• Intellectual flexibility, creativity, and a track record of inventing profitable products.
• Skilled team player with a positive attitude who accepts constructive criticism.
• Ability to operate both independently and in a group.
• Experience directing teams using digital collaboration platforms.
• Employee management experience, both digitally and abroad.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to provide direction to other members of the team.
• Capability to engage a team and partners to accomplish company deadlines.
• Excellent management, organisational, and strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of medical device advertising channels, plans, and policies.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems and ISO (13485, 14971, 60601) norms is a plus.
