Job Description

You will own the AI systems transforming aircraft maintenance from paper-heavy manual processes into intelligent automated workflows. Working closely with founders from aerospace and ML backgrounds, you’ll build production-grade LLM integrations and voice agents that capture technician expertise in real-time, directly impacting how the world’s aircraft are maintained and manufactured.

What You Will Do

• Architect and ship production AI systems end-to-end, including LLM integrations, voice agents, and robust evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate directly with founders to translate complex aerospace maintenance requirements into clean, usable AI products and data pipelines.
• Take full ownership of the technical stack across Python, FastAPI, and Azure, making pivotal decisions that shape the company’s core platform.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience building and shipping production AI systems using Python, PyTorch, and LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic) integrated into real-world user workflows.
• Strong proficiency in backend engineering and MLOps, with the ability to own systems from data infrastructure to user-facing interfaces.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with the 0→1 journey, thriving in ambiguous environments where speed, autonomy, and clean code are equally valued.
