Location: Wigston, Leicester

Salary: Up to £53,000

Shift: Weekend Days – Friday, Saturday & Sunday (5:45am – 5:45pm)

An excellent opportunity for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing manufacturing business. This role is ideal for an engineer seeking a compressed working week while remaining in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns across production equipment
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance
• Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement activities across machinery and equipment

Essential Requirements

• Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong background in reactive, preventative, and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced setting
• Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding skills
• Recognised engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Experience maintaining production or process machinery

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within the UK
• Experience working with PLC systems and fault‑finding using inputs and outputs
