We are seeking Gas Certified Field Service Engineers holding the CCN1 and CKR1 qualifications to repair gas and dual‑fuel cooking appliances. Candidates must currently reside in a Greater London postcode.
What We’re Looking For
- CCN1 and CKR1 qualification required; knowledge of electrical theory is advantageous.
- Hands‑on expertise and a comfort with tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, enjoying diagnosis and repair work.
- Eagerness to learn and grow – training to become an expert in domestic gas cooking repair.
- Excellent customer focus and communication.
- Valid manual driving licence to travel between customer homes.
The Field Service Engineer (Gas) Role
- Diagnose and repair kitchen appliances in customer homes, focusing on gas, electric, and dual‑fuel cooking appliances.
- Provide local coverage across your London area on a zoned daily basis.
- Manage jobs efficiently using a user‑friendly mobile app for parts intake, returns, tech info, and job completion.
