Description
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across all talent acquisition activities.
- Analyse and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Profile
- Proven experience in talent acquisition in a Head Office environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
- A track record of promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Job Offer
