We have a fantastic opportunity for a People Business Partner to join us on our exciting transformation journey, embedding People Partnering within RBH. A true People / HR generalist, you will operate in a business partner model, supported by a People Adviser meaning you will also lead a high‑quality people advisory service, working with managers, key stakeholders and teams across the business to create positive business outcomes and people solutions.
Responsibilities
- Operate in a business partner model, supported by a People Adviser.
- Lead a high‑quality people advisory service, working with managers, key stakeholders and teams across the business to create positive business outcomes and people solutions.
- Coach, guide and support managers, delivering training and being integral in the development and review of people policies, procedures and supporting documentation.
- Manage high‑level, complex or escalated employment relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, change management up to and including tribunal.
Qualifications
- CIPD qualified (level 5) / Associate CIPD membership or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing people policies and procedures in line with best practice.
- Comfortable coaching and influencing line managers and business leaders.
- Experience of change management (including redundancy and TUPE) and working with trade unions.
Job Type
Permanent, Part‑time – 29 hours per week (flexible to work over 4 or 5 days).
