nCino is the global leader in intelligent banking and is looking for a growth-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to deliver net-new and expansion revenue from key accounts and new name acquisition from selected target accounts and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline-generate own opportunities to supplement inbound qualified leads with an 80/20 split.
- Develop, forecast, close and win business from existing key accounts and new business target names.
- Practise the MEDDPICC process, SFDC and conduct deal reviews.
- Develop needs (using SPIN) to drive value and follow a structured deal qualification process.
- Work with clients to build value‑based ROI business cases that justify large investments.
- Build champions within client and prospect accounts.
- Manage senior CXO client/prospect relationships, offering value‑added, insightful and strategic solutions to maximise ROI.
- Manage all types of sales negotiations, from complex to straightforward.
- Collaborate with the pre‑sales, CSM, training and other teams to deliver the best client experience.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in software sales with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets, or a combination of education, experience and superior performance.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proficient and practising MEDDPICC.
- Strong team player who upholds professional integrity.
- Self‑starter mentality with strong internal control focus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit or experience in a start‑up/early‑stage company.
- Inspirational presenter with a proven track record of success.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business and the difference between value selling and feature selling.
- Desire to learn and develop continuously.
- Presentable and confident in professional settings.
- Experience running and using Salesforce for forecasting and reporting.
