An established and growing firm within the accountancy sector is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join its expanding team in North West London. What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of SME and owner‑managed business clients
- Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax submissions
- Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and financial advice
- Building and maintaining strong long‑term client relationships
- Supporting junior team members through mentoring and technical guidance
- Assisting with business development activities and identifying growth opportunities
- Ensuring work is delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Working closely with senior leadership on client strategy and service improvements
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience working within practice or professional services
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent experience
- Strong technical knowledge across accounts and client management
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
- Commercial awareness with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
- Experience within the accountancy sector is essential
