  • Support the design and administration of compensation structures across trading, technology, research, and operations functions.
  • Support the annual compensation cycle, including data preparation, bonus pool modeling support, calibration inputs, and executive compensation analytics.
  • Administer short-term and long-term incentive programs (STI, LTIP, deferred compensation), ensuring accurate calculations, payouts, and documentation.
  • Prepare compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and scenario modeling to support decisions by the CPO, CFO, and Executive Committee.
  • Translate compensation strategy into detailed execution plans, tools, and guidelines for HRBPs and business leaders.

  • Support the rollout and continuous improvement of wellbeing initiatives covering physical, mental, and financial wellness.
  • Prepare ROI analyses, utilization reports, and insights to inform benefits optimization decisions.

Payroll & Expatriate Mobility

  • Oversee monthly payroll execution across APAC entities, ensuring full compliance with local statutory requirements, tax filings, and year-end reporting.
  • Maintain payroll data accuracy across HRIS and payroll systems, and partner with Finance on reconciliations, accruals, and audits.
  • Manage relationships with regional payroll vendors and statutory authorities, and resolve employee payroll queries with discretion.
  • Lead the full work permit and employment pass lifecycle across APAC markets, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and dependent passes.

  • Support relocation logistics and documentation alongside Talent Acquisition and People Ops.
  • Prepare payroll dashboards, headcount cost reports, and mobility analytics for leadership review.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure accurate execution of compensation, benefits, and payroll programs in compliance with local employment, tax, and regulatory requirements across SEA, South Asia, and EMEA.
  • Maintain governance documentation, approval workflows, audit trails, and compensation and payroll records.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and HRBPs to operationalize clawback, malus, and deferred compensation mechanisms.
  • Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and data requests related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and mobility.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles across Total Rewards, Performance, or Payroll.
  • Hands-on ownership of multi-country APAC payroll and end-to-end expatriate work permit management.
  • Deep expertise in trading and investment compensation models (PnL-based, discretionary, deferred).
  • Proven success designing OKR or performance frameworks in fast-scaling, data-driven environments.
  • Working knowledge of APAC employment, tax, and immigration regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Understands the language of both finance and people, bridging data with motivation.
  • Navigates regulatory and multi-country complexity with calm and clarity.
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments where deadlines are non-negotiable.
  • Champions a performance culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and continuous growth.
