Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer

Leading Cardiff firm is looking for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive to join their expanding practice. This is a full-time role with flexible remote working options and a strong benefits package.
The successful residential conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Leasehold and newbuild transactions
- Work closely with a Senior Associate in a small, collaborative team, delivering high-quality service to private clients.
What You’ll Need
- At least 2 years’ PQE running your own caseload of residential property matters
- Strong experience with leasehold, newbuilds, and complex transactions
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, agents, and colleagues
- A proactive, organised approach with a focus on client care
- Familiarity with CQS protocols, Money Laundering Regulations, and regulatory compliance
- Confidence using case management systems
