Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through outbound calls, research, and email outreach
  • Contact restaurants, cafés, retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice businesses
  • Promote company products and services to prospective customers
  • Support the sales team with customer follow‑up and administration
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
  • Arrange appointments and meetings for the sales team
  • Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and customer communications
  • Assist with order processing and account management
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify new sales opportunities and market trends
  • Work the late shift pattern of 15:00 – 23:00

  • Previous experience in Telesales, sales support, customer service, or Sales Administrator roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Self‑motivated and organised approach to work
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Food industry knowledge would be advantageous
