Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound calls, research, and email outreach
- Contact restaurants, cafés, retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice businesses
- Promote company products and services to prospective customers
- Support the sales team with customer follow‑up and administration
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
- Arrange appointments and meetings for the sales team
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and customer communications
- Assist with order processing and account management
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify new sales opportunities and market trends
- Work the late shift pattern of 15:00 – 23:00
What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in Telesales, sales support, customer service, or Sales Administrator roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner

- Full UK driving licence required
- Food industry knowledge would be advantageous
