You will support the Head of Department and provide strategic direction and innovative solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence within the department. Championing the development and implementation of cutting‑edge educational practices and technologies to enhance learner engagement and achievement. The Deputy Head will mentor and empower a team of staff to excel in their roles, supporting the Head of Department, while cultivating an environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration.

Qualifications
You will be a qualified teacher with demonstrable experience of delivering outstanding teaching, with experience of continuous quality improvement and internal quality assurance. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
