Job Description:

We are excited to bring on a dynamic account leader who will collaborate with clients to develop and execute award‑winning healthcare marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and contribute to client brand strategy.
  • Lead planning and preparation for client meetings, allocating roles, booking meetings, providing agendas and producing client meeting reports.
  • Take and interpret client briefs, identify information gaps and plan how to fill those gaps.
  • Support day‑to‑day client contact in executing requests and delivering planned activities and materials while managing client expectations.
  • Identify and anticipate client requests, issues and needs and plan accordingly.
  • Ensure accuracy of all materials at all stages of development.
  • Build trust with clients, becoming their go‑to person.
  • Demonstrate current market knowledge and its impact on clients and brands.
  • Establish strong internal relationships to seamlessly execute your role.
  • Display excellent interpersonal skills and coach junior team members.
  • Develop draft scopes of work, supplier contracts, presentations, creative briefs and other communications.
  • Gather, understand and address client feedback across deliverables and cross‑functional teams (creative, tech dev, finance, etc.).
  • Document account status, next steps and actions weekly and share internally and with clients.
  • Run client calls or meetings independently.
  • Manage account finances and resourcing; track budget, raise invoices and purchase orders, and allocate staffing.

  • Confidence in upward management when required.
  • High energy, adaptable to fast‑paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong work ethic with a track record of delivering high‑quality work on time and on budget.
  • Good understanding of brand promotion and production of campaigns and tactics.
  • Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
  • Excellent business communication ability, including informal/formal presentations and writing.
  • Ability to develop own learning needs and discuss with manager and leadership.
  • BA or equivalent professional experience required.
