About the role

The role requires effective internal communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders across disciplines. You will assist in preparing client updates, maintaining deliverable documentation, while also tracking project assets and managing QA. Working alongside the Account team, you will help move projects through internal systems and ensure client requirements are met consistently. Additionally, you will provide support to the Account Management team as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate internal communication between multiple internal stakeholders across teams and departments.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of client updates, presentations, status sheets, asset trackers and file organization.
  • Maintain tasks, assignments, asset delivery in Asana and other Project Management tools as needed.
  • Coordinate with our network of creators to ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to project specifications.
  • Compile campaign performance metrics and create reporting decks using data visualization and internal tools.
  • Ensure client requirements are met, proofread deliverables, and conduct QA of all assets before they go live.
  • Create presentation materials and data summaries to be reviewed by senior account staff for internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple projects/asks simultaneously.
  • Support Account Management team across both client and internal needs.

Reports to / works with

Reports to Creative Account Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with a creative team or in digital marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, G‑Suite, and AI Tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
  • Previous use of Asana or similar project management tool (preferred).
