Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to play a central role in coordinating creative publishing projects, ensuring content is delivered seamlessly, on time and to the highest standard. This would be a great opportunity for an entry‑level candidate, with a strong focus on administrative tasks and coordination.

About the Role

As Project Coordinator, you will support the delivery of publishing and print‑led projects within a fast‑paced Creative Studio environment. Working closely with the Managing Editor and cross‑functional teams, you will help manage workflows, coordinate resources, and keep projects moving smoothly from briefing through to final delivery. This role is integral to maintaining consistency, meeting deadlines and ensuring all outputs align with brand standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating end‑to‑end workflows for publishing and print projects, from briefing to delivery
  • Managing copy, design and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Maintaining project tracking tools, task lists and approval processes
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external contributors to enable smooth collaboration
  • Supporting continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

Depending on your role, you may be fully on‑site or have a mix of on‑site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on‑site, depending on business needs.

About You

You will be highly organised, proactive and confident working across multiple projects at once in a dynamic environment. You will bring a calm, solutions‑focused approach, enabling you to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. You will be comfortable building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and take pride in keeping projects on track through strong communication and attention to detail. You will also enjoy working closely with others and contributing to the success of creative teams through dependable coordination and process management. This role would particularly suit someone from an administrative background who wishes to build on his/her coordination experience, or an early‑career candidate keen to develop within a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Ideal Profile

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, workflows or production schedules
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
  • Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation skills
