• Experience managing or assisting in the management of restaurant staff
• Chinese proficiency
• Must have local experience in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
• A pleasant and efficient service style with a focus on meticulousness
• A well‑organised and personable managerial style, as well as the ability to prioritise and delegate efficiently

• Excellent customer service focused while interacting with both internal and external parties
