Position

Customer Experience Advisor based at Wood Green branch, 35 hours per week, rota’d Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. Responsibilities include acting as first point of contact, assisting with transactions, answering customer calls, building relationships, developing knowledge and identifying improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
  • Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
  • Build relationships and find solutions.
  • Develop knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
  • Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

We require the following skills and experience:

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, face‑to‑face or over the phone (Required).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs (Required).
  • Desire to go above and beyond for customers (Preferred).
  • Effective team‑working skills with a flexible, can‑do approach to work (Preferred).
  • Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside standard expectations (Preferred).
  • Ability to grow, adapt and change keeping pace with business needs and priorities (Preferred).

Benefits

Salary Range: £28,800.00 – £36,379.00 per annum (depending on experience). Annual salary is based on a standard 35‑hour working week. Additional cash allowance £500 per year for benefits.
