We have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager at a Real Estate firm in Elephant Central. The client is the UK’s leading build‑to‑rent operator, with homes in London and Manchester under management.
This position is part of the Operations Team’s Customer Hub and focuses on ensuring Mandarin‑speaking residents receive the best possible customer experience. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with the Lettings, Neighbourhood, and Customer Centre teams to support all new and current residents.
