Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self‑motivated admin professional with an interest in Health and Social Care to join our Business Support team. This role supports the Senior Leadership Team with day‑to‑day business, allowing you the freedom to plan your own workload and apply yourself across a wide range of activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior management by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and planning forward‑look initiatives.
- Take accurate minutes, prepare documents and reports, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Multi‑task, prioritise workloads and provide meticulous, accurate work under pressure.
- Assist with various administrative tasks across the Partnership’s Senior Leadership portfolios.
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting senior management.
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and thrive under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Education equivalent to the standard grade level in English.
- Hybrid working model – some days from home, some days in the office (Marischal College).
