A growing manufacturing business is looking to recruit a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their site‑based engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer seeking a stable, days‑based role with a strong work‑life balance.
Working a consistent Monday to Friday day shift, you’ll play a key role in supporting both new equipment installations and ongoing maintenance across a busy production environment.
The Role
- Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery
- Carry out fault finding, maintenance, and repairs on a range of production equipment
- Deliver and support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Help reduce downtime and improve overall site reliability
- Contribute to continuous improvements and increased production efficiency
You’ll be working in a varied environment with equipment including mixing, filling, and packaging machinery.
About You
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering Maintenance
- Multi‑skilled experience (electrical and mechanical)
- Strong fault‑finding ability
- Experience with mixing or filling equipment
- Basic PLC/HMI knowledge
- Desirable: Electrical qualifications, FLT licence
