Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the DACH region. You will generate and nurture leads for our cloud-based platform focused on Human Risk Management and email security.

Your role includes outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and collaboration with sales teams. A strong command of English and German is required, along with effective communication skills. This position offers a dynamic hybrid working model.

Salary ranges from £40,000 to £66,000 (OTE), plus benefits.
