Overview
RealChemistry is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Project Manager to join our award‑winning team in the Manchester office. The role focuses on managing a variety of medical communications and medical affairs projects across leading global accounts, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and aligned with brand objectives and agency standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, including financial management, timelines and resourcing.
- Work closely with the Account Management team on overall project health.
- Lead client and vendor communications at the project level.
- Own timeline development and timesheet compliance.
- Enforce process and timelines.
- Build and maintain product, brand and disease area knowledge.
- Create medium to high‑scale estimates.
- Escalate scope risks and creative redirection.
Qualifications
- Project Management experience in a medical communications agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across print, digital and events.
- Experience with pharmaceutical clients/brands.
- Proficiency in Workfront, Microsoft365 and Teams; Veeva Vault familiarity is a plus.
- Strong planning, communication and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred candidate will be based in the Manchester office at least twice a week, with flexibility discussed for the right applicant.
