We’re looking for the best talent to join our Nando’s team as Supervisors.

What’s a Supervisor? The role is the people in between the management team and the Nandocas (our team members). A Supervisor helps run the restaurant and learns the basics of being a Manager.

Our Supervisors gain great exposure to running a restaurant and managing a team. While gaining that experience, they learn on the job before stepping into an Assistant Manager role.
