Overview

Drive revenue growth and lead our sales organization as we pursue our growth targets. You’ll build and execute our go-to-market strategy across multiple market segments including construction, logistics, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy and processes
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Own revenue targets and forecasting
  • Establish partnerships with industry associations and resellers
  • Develop pricing strategies and competitive positioning
  • Manage key enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and conversion
  • Represent GRS at industry events and conferences
  • Drive product‑market‑fit feedback to development team
  • Establish sales enablement tools and training programs

Requirements

  • 7+ years B2B sales experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams
  • Experience selling to fleet managers, logistics companies, or automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/recurring revenue business models
  • Experience with telematics, GPS tracking, or security solutions preferred
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Data‑driven approach to sales management
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
