Key Responsibilities:
- Deal origination and screening: identify and assess software investment opportunities through sector and financial analysis
- Due diligence and execution: build financial models, conduct valuations, market and technology assessments, and support deal execution
- Portfolio value creation: work with portfolio management to drive operational improvements, M&A, and growth initiatives
- Sector research: develop insights into software trends and contribute to positioning the firm as a leading investor in technology
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or consulting with a focus on software and technology
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution
- Solid understanding of enterprise software subsectors such as SaaS, fintech, compliance, and healthcare IT
- Entrepreneurial mindset with collaborative approach, integrity, and pragmatic thinking
- Exposure to high-growth software investments in premium segments
- Work within a multi-strategy platform
- Hands-on involvement in portfolio companies with a value-oriented, operational approach
- Participation in upcoming flagship fundraisings and expansion initiatives
