Position: Legal Counsel – Global Procurement, Digital & Technology
As Legal Counsel you will report directly to a Senior Legal Counsel and will provide legal support to the global (excluding China) direct and indirect procurement teams, as well as digital and technology teams encompassing product, engineering, data science and transformational outsourcing. Your focus will be on delivering the very highest standards of legal advice, regulatory compliance and supporting international growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal affairs relating to the global end‑to‑end operations of the business (excluding employment) with supervision from Senior Legal Counsel.
- Support the business with day‑to‑day legal queries, identify legal risks and provide commercially sound advice.
- Assist with the development and implementation of legal procedures and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Draft, negotiate and review contracts, legal documents and other regulatory or contractual requirements.
- Support the business with legal proceedings, working with outside counsel when required.
- Prepare and conduct legal training for staff.

Professional Experience
- Qualified Solicitor – England and Wales (2‑4 years’ PQE).
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and digital, technology and IT legal space.
- Solid training and qualifications from a leading national or international law firm or reputable business.
- Experience working for a global brand and advising on multi‑jurisdictional issues is highly desirable.
