The Opportunity

As EMEA & UK Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing a £3M+ revenue portfolio across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Operating as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the driving commercial force behind TRX’s international growth through a distributor‑led model.

This is not a role for someone who manages from a distance.

This is a hands‑on, high‑accountability position that demands daily engagement with distributor partners, a sharp commercial mind and the energy to drive performance across multiple markets simultaneously.

You will have the autonomy to shape strategy, the support of global central teams, and the platform to make a genuine, visible impact on TRX’s international trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor & Partner Management

  • Manage and develop TRX’s distributor network across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Support distributors in achieving sales targets across equipment, education and digital products
  • Provide strategic guidance, product knowledge and commercial support to maximise regional performance
  • Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the distribution network in key markets

Revenue Growth & Commercial Performance

  • Take full ownership of a £3M+ revenue portfolio and drive consistent growth across the region
  • Support distributors with sales strategies, campaigns and product launches
  • Monitor market performance and provide regular insight on trends, opportunities and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute commercial plans that deliver results

Education & Brand Development

  • Champion TRX Education as a core part of the commercial ecosystem
  • Support the growth of TRX Education courses by working closely with the global education team
  • Promote TRX programming and digital offerings to drive brand engagement and revenue

Product Launch & Market Expansion

  • Lead the commercial rollout of new products — including TRX Connect Fitness and digital offerings — across EMEA
  • Support distributors in successfully launching and scaling new products within their markets
  • Identify white space opportunities and drive strategic expansion into underpenetrated markets

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to align regional strategy with global objectives
  • Provide regular performance updates, forecasts and market intelligence to the CEO and US‑based leadership
  • Coordinate with marketing, education and product teams to support regional initiatives

About You

  • Proven experience managing and developing distributor or B2B partner networks across international markets — this is the single most important requirement for the role
  • A track record of owning and growing a multi‑million‑pound revenue portfolio
  • Deep knowledge of the commercial fitness industry, ideally across equipment, fitness brands or education and training solutions
  • Existing relationships within the EMEA fitness market that you can activate from day one
  • A commercially sharp, entrepreneurial mindset — you think like a business owner and make decisions accordingly
  • Strong cross‑cultural communication skills and the confidence to operate across multiple time zones
  • Self‑motivation, organisation and the energy to travel extensively across EMEA
  • A hands‑on approach — you take ownership of delivery, not just strategy
